Logistic Terminal Operation Superintendent Pontianak
Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat)
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
This function assumed as main coordinator in each terminal for receiving cement at silo, receiving & storage of empty bags, packing, dispatch bag & bulk and / or distribution to area surrounding those terminals, which covers monitoring & controlling activities in the ports for incoming import vessel, packing plant operations, maintenance equipments and distribution strategy by ensuring wharf readiness, equipment readiness, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. packing plant operator, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon contractual term and condition
Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Management, Shipping, and Logistic is preferable.
Experience :
Minimum 6 years working experience in shipping/logistic
Computer literacy :
Microsoft office, SAP
Language :
Good command in English oral and written
Other qualification / skills :
Good knowledge of cement productionprocess, Logistic distribution, and the process of loading cargo.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
Achieve company business target in assigned territory by effectively selling and marketing company’s services.
Establish, maintain, and develop business with prospective customer, dealer to enhance the company’s target and achieve maximum profitability through effective sales and services.
Develop new customers and maintain an existing good customer.
Plan and organize a sales strategy, including sales forecast to correspond to National Goals.
Coordinate sales effort with the sales management, credit proposal management, marketing, and create a positive working condition.
Monitor and review branch performance results against budget.
Requirements:
Male, Max 35 years old.
Minimum 4 years experience in related field.

Have an ability to analyze company’s financial statement.
Strong analytical thinking, especially in credit and financial risks.
Good knowledge on heavy equipment business will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal skill & Team work.
Good command of English both orally and in writing.
Computer literate, including proficiency in spreadsheets & word proficiency application.
Willing to travel.
